Process of our Product

The grain comes from Calca, a small farming community which is 15 minutes from Pisac in Cusco. The corn is farmed in the Urubamba Valley, Cusco, where the most adequate conditions are found for water, land, sunlight and weather. In May begins the harvest campaign, which afterwards is hand selected. The farming methods have not changed since the old times, as in ancient times, rain as well as the Vilcanota river’s water are used to irrigate the landFinally, in our factory we add the special ingredient so as to allow our corn to reach its unique flavor and crunchiness that makes it delicious and unique..
